A week ago, I would have given this Kroger a 5, but today I had to deal with customer service and a manager. From the start the customer service rep seemed annoyed with my returns - 1 with receipt within 30 days, 1 with receipt not within 30 days and 1 with no receipt possibly over 30 days. The manager would not override a return of $5 Kroger brand agave syrup because it was over 30 days. It's not a perishable item and it was the Kroger brand. He wouldn't exchange it, he wouldn't give store credit. Yet, my 2 shirts without receipts they were willing to give me 50% off the lowest ticket price omits 15% off for the coupon. I declined and said I'd gift the shirts instead. We spend thousands of dollars at Kroger every month, and I was fully prepared to do my weekly shopping after my returns but left instead.
At first when this store opened, I liked it, however lately they are trying to push self check out on people by not having the 15 items or less check-outs open. The first time I placed my items back on the shelf- the second time I dropped them in a nearby empty cart. The last time a very nice lady let me in front of her with her basket full of groceries. So when the casher checked me out I told her to throw my card away as I would NOT be coming back! I re fuse to do some ones job that needs to work. I mean seriously- how would anyone like it for someone off the street come in and start doing for free, what they do for a living???
Really good deli foods. Lot of selections to choose. Cleanest store ever I have been to.
Nice clean store. It's kind of so big it's hard to just run in to grab something you need and leave, but they definitely have a great selection of products that you would need. Tried the click list for the first time and I think I'm in love.....
Amazing store. Great selection, clean and organized. Prices are good as long as you use card. Love the fuel rewards and gas is cheapest in town. The customer service has been amazing everytime we have been in store. The Starbucks inside is convenient, bathrooms are clean, and car carts for kids are amazing. This is our new favorite place to grocery shop and get gas!
