Not sure what it is, but every time we use this location it is a disaster. Maybe my expectations are too highly because the Hinesville location exceeded them for over 15 years. I was at the hospital in Hardeeville, drove to the Port Wentworth and my prescription was ready. Rincon never has the RX filled or refilled, many times has to order and they don't tell you until you try to pick it up the next day, and then... as if you can excuse all of this for their 5 star customer service, you CAN'T. The blonde haired lady always working the drive thru is dry and apparently doesn't care about your experience. They all give the impression they don't want to be there at their jobs, and more importantly are not concerned about your feelings of these matters. Well, today is it. Moving our family to Kroger across the street.
