Staff is pretty cool. I ship off tons of packages never had a problem
Highly do not recommend this place. Unless you don't care about what you are sending.
This post office does an outstanding job. They are friendly, quick and go above and beyond to help the customer in any way possible. I would recommend this post office above any in the surrounding Savannah area. They are very helpful for passport applications.
I would give these people 0 stars if I could. Rude. Condescending. I had 2 packages supposedly out on delivery Friday, the day we were to evacuate for Irma. We were outside, packing the car, waiting for these 2 packages. The mail carrier NEVER showed up on my street. My son went looking for her - no where in the neighborhood. We waited until 7 PM before leaving. When checking the site that night, it showed as delivered before 4 PM. I just received a phone call showing the packages were delivered at my home before I left. That woman NEVER showed up at my house. VERY unhelpful man on the phone. This is not the first time they didn't do what they claimed. They've delivered to my neighbors and the postal carrier doesnt' want to get out of her vehicle on hot or rainy days and will write 'dog' on the notice when there are no dogs. Worst Postal Service anywhere in the US.
I was there about a week ago to send off my package. Because there were no updates, i went again to ask with the tracking number, but all they said was "unfortunately, i do not know." repeatedly. They did not help me what to do. They just lost a package, do not even apologize, and had horrible customer service.
The woman I just spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and condescending and spoke to me like I was an idiot, which I am not. I ship A LOT of packages and I'm very familiar with how things work. Usually the staff here is great, but this woman was not. I will be calling back in the morning and speaking with someone over her who is not a jerk.
